medium - to recommend with body height 63 - 69'' / 1,60m - 1, 75m
long - to recommend with body height 69 - 75'' / 1,75m - 1, 90m
2. the weight of the poi
light - to recommend for beginners and /or dance with little veils
medium - to recommend for dance with little heavy veils or large silk veils
heavy - to recommend for dance with large veils
